Legal Agreement Governing Your Use of Our Platform

Welcome to cino16. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and cino16 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the cino16 website, mobile applications, and all associated online gaming and sports betting services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of cino16 services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any future amendments. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will become effective upon posting to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an Account or use any cino16 services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.
The cino16 Platform is intended exclusively for residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of Account creation and during all periods of Platform usage. We employ geolocation technology to verify your location, and circumventing these controls through VPNs, proxies, or other means is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are permitted to register only one (1) Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Multiple Accounts are prohibited, and any attempt to open duplicate Accounts will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of funds. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities conducted through your Account.
As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, we require all players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") procedures. You must provide a clear, valid copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), proof of address dated within the last three (3) months, and any additional documentation we may reasonably request. First withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 require completed KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
cino16 supports deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, and approved e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must originate from an account registered in your legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
Deposits are typically processed within five (5) minutes during standard banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 WIB). Off-hours deposits may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically starting at Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction. cino16 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for verified Accounts with withdrawals up to Rp 50,000,000. Larger withdrawals may require additional processing time and security checks. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. You may be required to wager your deposit amount at least one (1) time before withdrawal eligibility to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
We reserve the right to request additional verification documents, conduct enhanced due diligence, or delay withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. Accounts with pending bonus wagering requirements cannot withdraw funds until requirements are met or bonuses are forfeited.
All bonuses offered by cino16, including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free bets, cashback, and promotional offers, are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed at the time of the offer. Bonuses are granted at our sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to players who have made a qualifying deposit.
Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, typically ranging from 10x to 50x the bonus amount, before withdrawal eligibility. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time period (usually 7 to 30 days). Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10-20%, and sports betting varies by odds. Any attempt to abuse bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts, colluding with other players, betting on all outcomes of an event to guarantee profit, or using automated systems to meet wagering requirements, will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, Account closure, and confiscation of all funds. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserve the right to investigate suspicious patterns.
All games on the cino16 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published RTP percentages are theoretical calculations based on long-term play. Individual sessions may vary significantly from published RTP due to natural variance. For sports betting, odds are set by our risk management team and may change in real-time based on market conditions.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in Account termination and fund confiscation:
We reserve the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits for any game or market at our sole discretion. These limits may vary by game type, player status, and risk assessment. We may limit or refuse any bet that we deem to carry unacceptable risk or that violates our risk management policies.
Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (FIFA, AFC, PSSI for Indonesian football, etc.). In the event of a postponement, bets remain valid if the event takes place within forty-eight (48) hours. If not completed within this timeframe, bets are void and stakes refunded. For togel lottery markets, results are determined by official draw announcements from the respective lottery operators (Singapore Pools for Togel SGP, Hong Kong Jockey Club for Togel HK, etc.).
Live (in-play) betting odds update in real-time based on game progression. Due to internet latency, there may be delays between events occurring and odds updates. We reserve the right to void bets placed after an event outcome is known, even if odds were still displayed. Any bets deemed to have been placed with knowledge of the outcome will be void.
While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, cino16 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, maintenance periods, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including internet connectivity issues, power outages, or force majeure events.
You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss. The house edge and game mathematics ensure that, over time, the Platform will be profitable. Past results do not predict future outcomes. You gamble at your own risk, and cino16 is not responsible for any losses incurred through your use of the Platform. We strongly encourage responsible gaming practices and provide tools to help you maintain control of your gambling activities.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at our sole discretion. Reasons for Account closure may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspicious betting patterns, failure to complete KYC verification, requests from regulatory authorities, or commercial reasons. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance (minus any bonuses, pending wagering requirements, or disputed amounts) will be returned to you via the original deposit method.
As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, you may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests can be made by contacting our customer support team. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your Account, place bets, or receive promotional communications. All content on the cino16 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, game designs, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of cino16 or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our express written permission.
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of our services, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. We will investigate and respond within seven (7) business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to our compliance department.
These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cino16 is licensed and regulated. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.

Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
